2025 Ringer Reef Sauvignon Blanc
2025 Ringer Reef Sauvignon Blanc is a light, aromatic and crisp white wine from Victoria’s Alpine Valleys. Made from small, flavour-packed bunches harvested early in the morning, it is cool fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to keep all that fresh, bright character in the glass.
It has subtle tropical fruit, gooseberry and snow pea notes, with a clean, crisp finish. It is a good choice for people who enjoy lighter, fruit-forward white wines, especially with seafood, crunchy Vietnamese salad, spring lunches, summer afternoons or an easy bottle to open at home.

Yes. It is lovely young and fresh as a fruit-forward wine. With some time in the cellar, it can develop softer, toasty notes.
Why does the Ringer Reef team talk about harvesting Sauvignon Blanc?
Sauvignon Blanc can be slow going in the vineyard because the bunches are small and take a while to fill a bucket. The upside is flavour. Those small bunches help make a light, fresh and delicious wine.
