2025 Ringer Reef Riesling

2025 Ringer Reef Riesling is a dry, light and fresh white wine from Victoria’s Alpine Valleys. Grown in the lowest-yielding patch of the Ringer Reef vineyard, it comes from small volumes of fruit with plenty of flavour, which makes this a special little parcel each vintage.

Fermented in stainless steel and kept on lees before bottling, this Riesling has a silky texture that sits beautifully alongside its natural acidity. It has aromas of citrus and honeysuckle, with notes of talc, blossom and lemon butter. It is a lovely choice for people who enjoy crisp, dry Riesling with freshness, texture and a little bit of cellar-door magic.
