2024 Ringer Reef Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, full-bodied red wine from Victoria’s Alpine Valleys. It has classic Cabernet flavour with blackcurrant, blackberry, cassis, plum and gentle oak notes, supported by vibrant tannins and a long, structured palate.

Matured for two years in a mix of 50% new and 50% seasoned oak, this wine has plenty of flavour, but it is not too big or heavy. The oak gives shape, depth and length, while the fruit remains clear and generous. With only 400 bottles produced, this is a small-release Cabernet for people who enjoy full-bodied reds, cellar-worthy bottles and a good winter dinner around the table.
