We love Sangiovese (and our customers seem to too - it sells out so quickly each year)! A beautiful medium-bodied red that was fermented and left on skins for eight weeks of extended maceration. Post-pressing it was transferred to older barrels for 12 months of maturation. The resulting wine has fine tannins, savoury aromas and dark cherry fruit flavours.
