2023 Chardonnay

Chardonnay is a wonderful malleable grape variety that is a lot of fun to work with in the winery. We make many small parcels of Chardonnay that are blended together to make this wine. White peach fruit flavours are enhanced by fermenting a portion in stainless steel, the balance matured in oak for flavour and softness. A portion of this blend has also been through malo-lactic fermentation to add a hint of 'butteryness' to this wine. 

The resulting wine is soft and flavoursome with subtle oak length. Perfect with creamy cheese or chicken.
