This wine has been made, bottled, tiraged and disgorged on site from estate grown, hand picked unirrigated fruit. The base wine is a blend of 64% Pinot Noir and 36% Chardonnay. Bottle fermented, matured and disgorged onsite. An elegant sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bead and a long dry finish.
Older vintages of this wine are disgorged on order and may take up to 1 month for delivery.
