Vespolina is a red variety that originated in Piedmont, northern Italy. It's a light and aromatic variety with a distinctive pepper character on the palate. This wine is made from grapes grown by the Dalbosco family in Porepunkah. Fermented on skins and matured in older barrels

This Vespolina has a bright and attractive colour, a pomegranate and a rose perfumed nose with a touch of spice. Simply made and bottled in March 2022.
